A team of �������������Ī researchers have found a way to control the sea of nuclei in semiconductor quantum dots so they can operate as a quantum memory device.

�������������Ī researchers are devising new methods to keep sensitive information out of the hands of hackers. They launched the UK’s first ‘unhackable’ network – made safe by the “laws of physics” – in 2018. 

The �������������Ī is a partner in the €1 billion Quantum Flagship, an EU-funded initiative to develop quantum technologies across Europe. 

The UK’s first quantum network was launched today in �������������Ī, enabling ‘unhackable’ communications, made secure by the laws of physics, between three sites around the city.
