One of the world’s leading childhood brain tumour experts, Professor Richard Gilbertson, has been appointed as Li Ka Shing Chair of Oncology in ¹ú¼ÊÃ×À¼¶ÔÕó¿ÆĪ and Director of the ¹ú¼ÊÃ×À¼¶ÔÕó¿ÆĪ Cancer Centre. He will take up his appointment in August.

A new Regius Professor of Physic at the ¹ú¼ÊÃ×À¼¶ÔÕó¿ÆĪ has been approved by Her Majesty The Queen to succeed Professor Sir Patrick Sissons who will retire on 30 September 2012.
