¹ú¼ÊÃ×À¼¶ÔÕó¿ÆĪ architects have won a public choice award at the London Design Biennale for a prototype home constructed with flexible wooden partition walls which can be shifted to meet the changing needs of residents. The invention aims to reduce waste and carbon while also improving living conditions for those who cannot afford expensive refurbishments.

In a landmark project with UN-Habitat, a team of ¹ú¼ÊÃ×À¼¶ÔÕó¿ÆĪ researchers has designed a community centre in one of Kenya’s biggest and oldest slums, and its future users are now raising funds to build it.
